Dengan karirnya yang semakin melejit bukan hal yang berat bagi Girls' Generation untuk membeli rumah mewah. Baru-baru ini Seohyun diketahui membeli apartemen di Gangnam. Rupanya masih ada member SNSD lainnya yang memiliki hunian di kawasan kelas atas Seoul tersebut. 

Baru saja dikonfirmasi bahwa Jessica dan Kwon Yuri juga membeli apartemen di kawasan Gangnam, lebih tepatnya di Cheongdam-dong. Lokasi tersebut memang menjadi kesukaan selebriti karena sistem keamanannya yang bagus sehingga privasi mereka terjamin. 
Jessica membeli rumah di Sangji Ritzville lantai 10 pada 21 Desember 2011 melalui proses lelang dengan harga 1,2 miliar Won (Rp 12,5 miliar). Ia berhasil mendapatkan apartemen 3 kamar itu lebih murah 300 juta Won (Rp 3 miliar) dari penawaran awal. Untuk membelinya, Jessica meminta pinjaman ke Hana Bank dan melunasinya 2 bulan kemudian. 
Sedangkan Yuri membeli hunian di lokasi yang sama namun di lantai 9 pada September tahun lalu. Ia merogoh kocek 1,7 miliar Won (Rp 17,6 miliar) untuk memiliki rumah dengan 4 kamar dan 3 kamar mandi itu. Hunian Yuri dan Jessica tersebut di gedung yang sama dengan senior mereka, BoA. 
Sementara itu Seohyun baru saja membeli hunian di gedung Cheongdam Daewoo Members County pada Mei 2012. Rumahnya di lantai 5 itu dibeli dengan harga 1,29 miliar Won (Rp 13,6 miliar). Maknae SNSD ini menggunakan pinjaman dari Samsung Fire Insurance dan melunasinya pada akhir Februari lalu. (wk/mr)
